Eliminating Future Issues Through an Effective Prenuptial Agreement
If you are considering marriage, but have been married before or are bringing substantial assets into the marriage, you may benefit from a prenuptial agreement. In a prenuptial agreement, you establish the division of assets in advance should your marriage end in divorce or separation. You can specify what property you are bringing into the marriage and ensure that it is returned to you.
