My Child Custody Practice
I work with mothers or fathers at all stages of a child custody dispute, whether you seek a temporary order while your divorce is pending or need to file a request for modification or enforcement of an existing child custody order. I will help you establish and put in place custody and parenting plans that are in the best interests of your minor children, while protecting your rights as a parent. When determining the best interests of your child, I will often work closely with a custodial evaluator, a psychologist who will examine all relevant factors to determine what is best for the child.
I frequently work with parents on either side of a relocation dispute, where a father or mother seeks to move out of the Tucson area, but maintain a strong and active relationship with minor children. I handle cases involving moves within the state or outside of Arizona.
