Divorce and Family Law
I represent men and women at all stages of a divorce or family law matter, from the initial filing to mediation or trial to requests for enforcement or modification of existing divorce orders. I handle all matters related to or arising out of divorce, including child custody and parenting plans, spousal support or alimony, child support, marital property settlements and paternity disputes. Child Custody and Relocation

Spousal Maintenance and Prenuptial Agreements
I will help you determine whether alimony or spousal support is warranted and, if so, how much should be paid and for how long. Prior to marriage, I can work with you on crafting a prenuptial agreement to govern the distribution of property in the event of separation or divorce.
