My Practice
I provide comprehensive counsel on matters involving:
- Divorce and family law. I work with men and women throughout the divorce process, from the initial filing, through mediation or trial, to post-judgment requests for modification or enforcement of existing orders. I handle all matters related-to or arising-out-of divorce including child custody, child support, alimony or spousal maintenance, property settlements, and attorney's fees.
- Child custody and relocation. I will help you establish and implement custody and parenting plans that are in the best interests of your minor children while protecting your rights as a parent. I will also handle proceedings involving requests for relocation.
- Spousal maintenance and prenuptial agreements. I will help you determine whether alimony should be granted and, if so, the amount and duration. I also prepare prenuptial agreements to determine the distribution of property and debts in advance, should you seek separation or divorce.
- Real estate and contract litigation. I represent individuals and businesses as plaintiffs or defendants in disputes involving real estate or breach of contract.
